This website is run by the MS Trust. We aim to make our website as usable as possible for all our visitors, regardless of ability. For example, that means you should be able to:

How accessible this website is
Our website is developed using valid HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript and where possible to the standards laid out in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).
Our site is responsive to mobile devices and has been tested across a range of browsers. The website has also been tested with the screen reader VoiceOver.
Whilst we strive for our website to achieve WCAG 2.1, level A and AA compliance, there are some known limitations. Here are some potential problems that we are working to improve:
- PDFs and document downloads across our site are not always accessible
- some images do not contain text alternatives
- some parts of the shopping basket are not accessible using a keyboard
- some parts of the checkout are difficult to navigate using just a keyboard
- some parts of the website are not accessible by keyboard when using a screen reader
- some colours used on the website do not conform with WCAG 2.1 level AA

Downloadable content
Our website features downloadable resources, mainly Word documents and PDFs. We will work toward making sure that all downloadable resources are accessible and will investigate moving away from using PDF format documents in the future.
Colour contrast
We have tested the accessibility of the website’s colour palette. Most colours conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are in the process of changing the colours that do not.

What we’re doing to improve accessibility
Our site is regularly reviewed with manual audits by our internal content teams and by scans with automated testing tools. In addition, an accessibility audit was conducted in May 2021 to help identify areas needing accessibility improvements.
